Is outside food/beverage allowed?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. NO GLASS is allowed. We will also have Rock Castle Concessions, Half Batch Brewing, and food trucks available.
Are dogs allowed?
At this event, yes, as long as they are kept on a 6-foot (max) leash at all times, and owners bring their own baggies and pick up after them.
Are pop-up tents / umbrellas allowed?
No. Nothing that sets up over the heads of guests is allowed, as it blocks the view of those behind, and staking is not allowed on this part of the property. There are shady spots available — we recommend arriving early (between 4:30 and 5:00) if you would like to try to snag one!
Where is parking?
Parking is in the field adjacent to the Pavilion / seating area, and is first come first serve. If you or a guest coming with you requires handicap parking, we recommend arriving as close to 5:00 as possible to ensure getting a parking spot close to the seating area.
What food trucks will be there?
Each month is potentially different. We generally have Heavenly Snow (sno cones) and 2 other entree food truck options (hot chicken, tacos, etc) if possible. Half Batch Brewing will also be here serving their local craft beers, and Rock Castle Concessions will have burgers, hot dogs, brats, BBQ, chips, sodas/water/Gatorade, and candy.
Is seating provided?
There are several picnic tables and round plastic tables in the seating area, which are first come first serve. Otherwise, guests should bring camp chairs, picnic blankets, etc to sit on.
Do I need tickets ahead of time? What is the ticket cost?
Admission is at the gate (no advance ticket necessary). Guests age 13 and up are $10, under 13 is free.
